We are seeking a PhD student to join an innovative research project focused on transforming skin cancer detection in regional and rural Australia. This project will develop a roadmap for melanoma screening using advanced 3D imaging and artificial intelligence clinician support technologies, working closely with regional communities to ensure effective implementation.
This is a fully funded PhD opportunity. The successful candidate will be based at the Centre for Health Services Research in Brisbane and collaborate with the Australian Centre of Excellence in Medical Imaging and Diagnosis (ACEMID) under the supervision of Professor Monika Janda.
Candidates must commence no later than Research Quarter 3, 2025.
