In February, ACEMID hosted our annual two-day Researcher Workshop. Highlights included early results from the ACEMID cohort study. The ACEMID study has recruited 7,365 participants across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, with a huge 16,550 visits conducted to date. While artificial intelligence is not currently used in the ACEMID cohort study, the team discussed plans for artificial intelligence integration in future research.
During the workshop we held the annual ACEMID Consumer and Community Forum which included interactive Q&A sessions exploring future research opportunities. More details on the Consumer and Community Forum discussions can be read here
